
Kris Belcher

Mr. Belcher joined Bayswater in February 2017. For the prior decade, he worked Anadarko Petroleum Corporation’s conventional and unconventional properties throughout the Rocky Mountain region, including the Union Pacific Railroad Land Grant in Colorado, Wyoming, and Utah; Wattenberg Field and the greater Denver-Julesburg Basin; the Powder River Basin; and Natural Buttes Field in the Uinta Basin. His tenure culminated as Land Manager of Wyoming and Utah Assets, where he managed a team of Landmen and Analysts responsible for more than 6 million acres, along with exploration and horizontal development programs in several fields. From 2005 to 2007, Mr. Belcher worked as a contract Landman for Teton Energy, Focus Energy, and Bill Barrett Corporation. Prior to entering the oil and natural gas industry, Mr. Belcher was a Senior Consultant at BearingPoint (formerly KPMG Consulting) where he specialized in process reengineering, quality assurance, and system implementations for US and UK telecommunications companies. Mr. Belcher received a B.S. in Business with a minor in Studio Art from Skidmore College.

Gaby Stasiowski
Industry Experience: 12 years
Bayswater Tenure: 7 years
Ms. Stasiowski serves as the Director of Accounting and Finance at Bayswater, bringing 12 years of experience in accounting within the oil and gas industry. Since joining the company in 2018, she has played a pivotal role in overseeing financial reporting, regulatory compliance, budgeting, risk management, and strategic financial planning to support Bayswater’s operations and growth initiatives. Prior to joining Bayswater, Ms. Stasiowski served as an audit manager at a public accounting firm specializing in serving public and private clients in the upstream and midstream oil and gas industries and broker dealers. Ms. Stasiowski holds a BS and MS in Accounting from the Leeds’ School of Business at the University of Colorado Boulder and holds an inactive CPA license in the State of Colorado. Ms. Stasiowski is fluent in Polish and Spanish.

Kevin Smith
Industry Experience: 24 years
Bayswater Tenure: 10 years
Kevin Smith, Senior Geologist, has over 20 years of petroleum industry experience in exploration, development, reservoir analysis, well planning, core analysis, petrophysics, geophysics, and acquisitions and divestitures. Prior to joining Bayswater E&P in 2016, Mr. Smith worked for several private equity-backed E&P companies as a Senior Geologist with Oso Energy, Cirque Resources, and previous Bayswater Funds.
Mr. Smith has generated and developed oil and gas prospects in most Rocky Mountain basins, with other prospects generated and tested in Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Indiana. Kevin’s latest work with Bayswater was implementing a geology and geophysics-based earth model in the DJ Basin with over 350 horizontal wells drilled and production of over 40,000boe/d. This play was recently monetized in a ~$600mm sale to Prairie Operating Company. Prior to Bayswater Mr. Smith generated and developed plays with Cirque Resources resulting in the ultimate sale of the Company at over 5:1 return on initial investment.
Mr. Smith received his BSc Degree in Geology from University of Alabama in 1999, an MSc in Geology from University of Tennessee in 2001. Mr. Smith sits on the Board of Directors of the Denver Earth Science Library. He is a member of the American Association of Petroleum Geologist, Rocky Mountain Association of Geologist, Society of Sedimentary Geology, Denver Well logging Society, and others.
Kevin and his wife Melanie met when he was working in the San Juan Basin in Durango CO and have been married for 17 years. They have three children, Avery, Addison, and Wyatt. Kevin is an avid fisherman and has several classic cars that he restores and maintains.

Walt Galloway
Industry Experience: 17 years
Bayswater Tenure: 4 years
Mr. Galloway brings 17 years of experience as an Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) professional in the oil and gas industry and currently serves as EH&S Manager at Bayswater. Since joining the company in 2021, he has played a pivotal role in regulatory compliance, risk control and loss management, and contractor safety oversight across Bayswater’s operations.
Prior to Bayswater, Mr. Galloway spent 10 years with Whiting Petroleum, where he held multiple roles within the EH&S and Supply Chain departments, leading employee and contractor EH&S step-change initiatives. He began his career at El Paso Corporation as Western Division EH&S Specialist, facilitating EH&S programs across Colorado, Wyoming, Utah, and New Mexico for three years.
Mr. Galloway earned a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Safety and Health from Murray State University.
